Shopping Centre ALFA in Grudziądz

Construction as a general contractor of the

Shopping Centre Alfa in Grudziądz, 2 Chełmińska Street:

- two overground storeys of the shopping and services area;

- two overground storeys of the car park

- five cinema halls with a foyer and operator rooms;

- office area for the management of the Centre.

Gross covered area: 18,228 sq.m., total area: 50 358 sq.m., floorage: 38,102 sq.m., cubage: 233,960 cu.m.

Wind Farm Gorzkowice

6 wind turbines Gamesa G90 - 100 m of 2 MW electric power each one. Complex execution of all road works, construction works as well as electric works relating to the construction of a wind farm.

Wind Farm Pawlowo

Execution of existing ground stabilization for 4,8 km access roads to the wind towers. Removal of 5,047 m topsoil and execution of sand sub base for further stabilization of roads. Restoration of the terrain.

Overbridge WD-4

Construction of the overbridge WD-4, reinforced concrete, span about 60 m, two decks, as a part of the south Ringway (Obwodnica Południowa) of Gdańsk. 

Wind Farm - Unikowice

Reconstruction of the Nabrzeże Północne (nothern wharf) of the Dock X at the Maritime Base in Gdynia - piping systems at the wharf and off the wharf, electrical systems, data and low-voltage wiring systems, mechanical system , waste system, fuel system.

Construction of a hotel (with Spa, swimming-pool, fitness and cardio center) complex in Ostrzyce-Somonino community. The total floorage of the complex is 2.754,3 m².Execution of all works.
