MEGA Concrete

Mega S.A. offers concrete of its own make. The process of concrete manufacture is certified by the Integrated Management System according to PN-EN ISO 9001, PN-EN ISO 14001 and AQAP 2120

The main component elements of the technical equipment include:

Concrete mixing installation: Stetter M2 Type 553 TZ (mobile) - 1 unit – with an output of about 100 m³/h, year of manufacture: 2004

  - aggregate pocket bunkers integrated in the installation’s self-supporting construction with two-sided loading capacity by wheeled loading machine

Concrete mixing installations manufacture various concrete mixes, having from semi-fluid to thick plastic consistence, made of fractionalized aggregate (including with the possibility of heating them up) with granulation up to 40 mm in the case of mixes made of crushed aggregate, and up to 32 mm with gravel aggregate mixes.

Recycling Installation: Stetter RA - 6 Type 569 with an output of 6 m³/h
Laboratory – equipped with a complete set of devices for carrying out the following tests:
- cement, aggregate tests
- concrete strength tests
- concrete freeze resistance tests
- concrete grindability tests
- concrete fire resistance tests
- tests of mortars, paints, ceramics, quality features, tar boards and glues
- rate of ground compactness tests

The manufacture and storage facilities described above is located on Mega S.A. premises.

Prefabrication plant

Prefabrication yard with an area of 10 000 m², equipped with two gantry cranes, with a possibility of roofing 100% of the area. Manufacturing capacity: 40 tons of prefabricated units per one working shift.
