Integrated Management System

The company’s management determines the management system policy, sets strategic and operational goals during management system surveys and managerial meetings. Projects are implemented in a systemic manner, quality plans are created while the introduced system allows development of aspirations, requires competence and responsibility on the part of the staff on all levels of implementation and management.

 

 

 

Mega S.A.’s Integrated Management System, certified by the Division of Quality and Management Systems at the Ministry of National Defence (in the scope of quality and the environment), functions on the basis of the following requirements: quality management – pursuant to PN-EN ISO 9001:01, AQAP 2120:03 – NATO standardization publication, environmental management – pursuant to PN-EN ISO 14001:05 and information protection.

 

  

 

Division of classified information

 

Mega S.A. has a division of classified information protection and fulfills the requirements for performing projects which constitute state secret in accordance with the Act of 22 January 1999 (Legislation Journal No.196, item 1631 from 2005) on the protection of classified information.

 

The ability to assure the protection of  classified state information up to “secret” classification level is confirmed by Certificate of the Industrial Safety second degree No. 25/II-24/T/OBP/2006 valid to 27.06.2013 issued by Military Information Services.

 

 

 

Mega S.A. has been assigned code NCAGE No. 0693H, under which it has been entered in the NATO Codification System.

Mega S.A.’s management declares its supervision, and continued perfecting, of the Integrated Management System, so as to enable the implementation of set goals, at the same time meeting current legal and other regulations, minimizing the environmental impact, having regard to technological options, financial requirements and stakeholders’ point of view.

Goals of the management system

 

The implementation of assumed goals and tasks is attained through provision of all possible means to guarantee high-quality services and concern about the environment.

 

  • Comprehensive implementation of investment projects, with ensured satisfaction of the Customer’s requirements in order to guarantee the company’s long-term development and strengthening its position on the market.
  • Careful identifying and meeting the Customer’s requirements by creating quality plans for non-standard services at the Investor’s request or in the case of type AQAP requirements contracted investment implementation.
  • Continued perfecting of the organization and management system in the company and its surroundings by upgrading system effectiveness and efficiency and analyzing projects in terms of their compliance with environmental protection requirements.
  • Reducing the costs of quality deficiency (possible Customers’ complaints).
  • Rational policy of offer-making by preparing offers only in the fields where Mega S.A. is in a position to guarantee fulfilment of the Customer’s highest requirements.
  • Use of the most environment-friendly manufacture processes and materials management pursuant to current requirements (gradual replacement of transportation equipment, safe concrete manufacture and elimination of shortages).
  • Proper operation and supervision of installations located on Mega S.A.’s premises and at construction sites, preventing possible pollution.
  • Development of staff’s aspirations, competence and responsibility on managerial and implementation levels through an effective personnel management policy.
  • Making employees aware of the necessity to get acquainted with Mega S.A.’s detrimental impact on the environment and the obligation to counteract that phenomenon.
  • Setting specific goals regarding specific projects in the process of requirements survey, offer preparation and project implementation.
